01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on Jili 3. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by Jili 3. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jili 3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Jili 3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on Jili 3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Jili 3 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse associated with the account.
• The account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Modification of Promotions

Jili 3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the platform. Continued participation in a promotion after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Jili 3 are provided by JILI Games and use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed once a round is completed.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Jili 3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. 10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Jili 3 platform without the prior written consent of Jili 3. Unauthorized use of Jili 3's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jili 3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if Jili 3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Jili 3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

Jili 3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Identification of the account holder as a person under 21 years of age.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Balances derived from legitimate play and not subject to any outstanding investigation or bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and Jili 3, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Jili 3 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
